1. First use non-corrosive solvents such as cyclohexane and n-heptane to remove the oil and dust on the surface of the substrate to be adhered, then put it in an oven to dry at 100℃*10min, and take it out to cool.
2. Glue preparation ratio: (1 part A: 1 part B) Before using the glue, it needs to be added in proportion and mixed well before use.
3. ①Spraying: Spray the glue evenly on the PC surface, the thickness of the spraying film should be between 2-3μm, and then put it in the air for about 1 minute and put it in a 100℃ oven for 10 minutes (make sure that the spray gun is air sprayed during spraying. At that time, no water vapor is sprayed out); bake in the box for 10 minutes.
②Soaking: soak the PC in the glue for 10-20s and then take it out, dry the PC surface area and put it in a 100℃ oven for 10min;
③Coating: Use cotton or a brush to evenly coat the glue on the PC surface (if there is liquid accumulation, it can be spin-dried), the coating film thickness should be about 3-5μm, and then put it in a 100 ℃ oven and bake for 10 minutes.
4. After baking, take out the adhesive-coated object and place it in a drying oven to cool to room temperature, and then attach the unvulcanized silicone rubber to it. Put it into the model and pressurize and heat vulcanize, the recommended molding temperature is 100-115℃ (if the temperature is too high, it may cause deformation of the PC or produce bubbles that affect the bonding performance, etc.), the pressure is 70-130kgcm2 (after the silicone is fully vulcanized, it can be released Mold, because the temperature is high when the mold is released, please wait until it cools to room temperature before testing the adhesion. Do not tear the material and the silicone at high temperatures.
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dark place at 25℃ and avoid mixing with water. A slight precipitation may occur during storage, which is due to the nature of the resin itself and does not affect bonding.
2. This product contains organic solvents and must be stored and transported in accordance with the flammable product rules. When using it, please pay attention to ventilation and prevent open flame contact.
3. After taking this product, the bottle cap should be tightly closed at any time to prevent solvent volatilization and water vapor intrusion from affecting the quality.
4. Avoid mixing this product with organic compounds containing N, P, S, etc., or long-term exposure to the air, deliquescent and dripping water, so as not to affect the bonding effect.
5. Avoid sunlight during storage to avoid product decomposition.
