1. First wipe the surface of the substrate to be adhered with a solvent to remove oil and dust on the surface of the substrate;
2. After the solvent has evaporated, apply a layer of 8020 adhesive evenly on the surface to be glued;
3. Transfer the substrate coated with the adhesive into the oven and bake at 60-100℃ for 5 minutes; if the adhesive force is not required, the substrate coated with the adhesive can also be allowed to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes (above The temperature has an impact on the adhesion), our company recommends baking at 100°C for 5 minutes for the best bonding effect. After spraying 8020, the substrate should be bonded with silica gel within 24Hr. If it takes longer, the substrate coated with 8020 must be placed in the drying room (reason: prevent hydrolysis and affect adhesion).
4. Take out the base material coated with 8020 and cool it to room temperature, and then heat-vulcanize and bond it with unvulcanized silicone rubber;
1. After the adhesive is used, the bottle cap should be covered at any time to prevent the solvent from evaporating or hydrolyzing and affecting the quality. If the glue is found to be turbid or precipitated, do not use it.
2. This product cannot be mixed with organic compounds containing N, P, S, etc., so as not to affect the bonding effect.
3. This adhesive is prepared by rigorously tested and optimized with the best formula ratio. Please do not dilute by yourself. Our company does not guarantee its bonding strength if it is used after being diluted with a solvent.
