1. First use cyclohexane, n-heptane and other solvents to remove oil and dust on the surface of the substrate to be adhered.
2. After the solvent evaporates (about 3 to 5 minutes), apply a layer of adhesive evenly on the surface to be glued.
3. Put the object coated with adhesive into the oven and bake at 100±10℃ for 15min.
4. Take out the work piece and cool it to room temperature, and attach the unvulcanized silicone rubber to it.
5. Put it into the model and pressurize and heat vulcanize. (Due to the temperature resistance grade of the substrate and the operating requirements of the vulcanizing agent, the vulcanization temperature should not exceed 110°C)
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dark place at 25℃ and avoid mixing with water. 2. This product contains organic solvents and must be stored and transported in accordance with the flammable product rules. When using, pay attention to ventilation and prevent exposure to open flame.
3. After taking this product, the bottle cap should be covered at any time to prevent the solvent volatilization and water vapor from affecting the quality.
4. This product cannot be mixed with organic compounds containing N, P, S, etc., so as not to affect the bonding effect.
5. Avoid sunlight during storage to avoid product decomposition.
6. The effective storage period of this product is three months. After the warranty period, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
Note: This adhesive is formulated with the best formula ratio optimized by strict tests. Please do not dilute it by yourself. Our company does not guarantee its bonding strength if it is diluted with a solvent.
