②Soaking: soak the product in the glue for 10-20s and then take it out, dry the surface area of the product and put it in a 100℃ oven for 10min;
③Coating: Use cotton or a brush to evenly coat the glue on the surface of the product (if there is liquid accumulation, it can be dried). The thickness of the coating film should be about 3-5μm, and then put it in an oven at 100°C for 10 minutes.
4. After baking, take out the adhesive-coated object and place it in a drying oven to cool to room temperature, and then attach the unvulcanized silicone rubber to it. Put it into the model and pressurize and heat vulcanize, the recommended molding temperature is 100-115℃ (if the temperature is too high, it may cause product deformation or produce bubbles to affect the bonding performance, etc.), the pressure is 70-130kgcm2 (after the silicone is fully vulcanized, it can be produced Mold), due to the high temperature when the mold is released, please wait until it has cooled to room temperature before testing the adhesion. Do not tear the material and silicone at high temperatures.
