3. Place it naturally until the solvent is completely volatilized (about 5-10 minutes), then turn it into the oven and bake at 150°C for 10-15 minutes, until the adhesive is completely cured into an elastomer (not sticky by hand), (note: If the baking temperature is too low or the heat transfer is poor, the baking time can be extended appropriately);
4. Take out the work piece and cool it to room temperature, and attach the unvulcanized silicone rubber to it;
5. Put the laminated workpiece into the model and pressurize and heat vulcanize. (Typical addition molding silicone rubber formula such as: KE-571U silicone rubber (100 parts) TC-AH (0.5 parts) + TC-B2 (1.2 parts), vulcanization conditions: 130℃×200S)
